Description of Advance Wars 2: Black Hole Rising
While the Partnered Countries were all recuperating from the conflict in Cosmo Land, the black hole army had proactively recuperated and had chosen to send off a huge-scope attack on Large scale Land. The last fight happens before the Passing Beam, a weapon monitoring the entry to a rocket, which, on the off chance that not repressed in time, would obliterate a portion of Wars World.
The Passing Beam is the by the COs of the Partnered Countries, who figure out how to rocket and corner Sturm.
